Hands-on Historic Cemetery Preservation Workshop to be held Sept. 26th in Liberty, Texas
The Liberty County Historical Commission invites you to a Hands-On Historic Cemetery Preservation Workshop on Saturday, September 26th, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. James “Rusty” Brenner, craftsperson and owner of Texas Cemetery Restoration LLC, will lead the workshop first in a walking tour of the cemetery with explanations of significance of some of the gravestones and then in learning techniques for cleaning, leveling, and basic repair of gravestones. D/2 Biological Solution will be available for purchase from Cemetery Preservation Supply LLC. To reserve your D/2 in advance call (214) 926-4175.
